Clifton A. Skaggs 
Clifton A. was born on September 29th, 1933 in Kentucky.1 Clifton A.'s father was William Robert Skaggs and his mother was Lillie Perkins Coakley. His paternal grandparents were Lewis Young Skaggs and Mary Susan Thompson. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Emmett A., Fordyce Young, Grace, Helen, Clara May, Janie Jean, Opal C. and Pearl. He died at the age of 62 on April 4th, 1996 in Kentucky. He was buried in Corinth Cemetery, LaRue Co., Kentucky.1 1 General Notes
