Andy B. Skaggs

Andy B. was born in 1896.¹ Andy B.'s father was James Alfred Skaggs and his mother is Clara Ann Beard. His paternal grandfather was William Solomon Skaggs and his paternal grandmother is Emily Frances Hedgespeth. He had two sisters named Martha Jane and Nora L..
