David Skaggs 
David was born on April 28th, 1767.1 David's father was Henry Skaggs and his mother is Mary Thompson. His paternal grandparents were James Skaggs and Rachel Unknown. He had four brothers and six sisters, named John Thompson, James, Solomon, Stephen, Sarah, Lucy, Nancy, Sylvia, Mary and Rachael. He is the fifth youngest of the eleven children.General Notes
