Stephen Henry Senter 
Stephen Henry was born in 1814 in Grayson Co., Virginia.1 Stephen Henry's father was Drury Senter and his mother was Mary McClure. His paternal grandparents were Henry Senter and Rebecca Avent; his maternal grandparents are Nathan McClure and Dorcas Cole. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named Nathaniel, Aaron, John M., William N., James Harvey, Levi Bishop, Drury, Jr., Calvin Halbert, Rebecca, Evaline, Caroline and Mary. He was the fourth oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 79 in 1893.1 General Notes
