Nathaniel Senter 
Nathaniel was born on March 10th, 1810 in Mouth of Wilson, Grayson Co., Virginia.1 Nathaniel's father was Drury Senter and his mother was Mary McClure. His paternal grandparents were Henry Senter and Rebecca Avent; his maternal grandparents are Nathan McClure and Dorcas Cole. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named Aaron, Stephen Henry, John M., William N., James Harvey, Levi Bishop, Drury, Jr., Calvin Halbert, Rebecca, Evaline, Caroline and Mary. He was the oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 66 in 1876.1 General Notes
