Hubert Henry was born on July 3rd, 1900 in Harnett Co., North Carolina.1 Hubert Henry's father was James Eldridge Senter and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Arnold. His paternal grandfather is James W. Senter and his paternal grandmother was Charlotte Hilliard; his maternal grandparents are Thomas Arnold and Elizabeth Newell. He had a brother and four sisters, named John William, Lattie M., Lector Irene, Myrtle Ruth and Mary Elizabeth. He was the second youngest of the six children.
