William Ernest Ramey 
William Ernest was born on October 7th, 1890.1 William Ernest's father was Charles William Ramey and his mother was Annie Eugenia Elkins. His paternal grandparents were Beckman Samuel Ramey and Cathron Catherine Keahey. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Beck Roy, Otis Maxwell, Charles Wesley, Eugene Austin, Herbert Elmer, Myrtle Mae and Ruby. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 80 on November 10th, 1970 in Laurel, Mississippi.1 General Notes
