Otis Maxwell was born on July 15th, 1895.1 Otis Maxwell's father was Charles William Ramey and his mother was Annie Eugenia Elkins. His paternal grandparents were Beckman Samuel Ramey and Cathron Catherine Keahey. He had five brothers and two sisters, named William Ernest, Beck Roy, Charles Wesley, Eugene Austin, Herbert Elmer, Myrtle Mae and Ruby. He is the fourth oldest of the eight children.General Notes
