Lettie Lovey Proctor 
Lettie Lovey was born on November 20th, 1888 in Runnels, Co., Texas.1 Lettie Lovey's father was Harry Edward Proctor and her mother was Frances Isobel Manning. Her maternal grandparents were James Duncan Manning and Martha Jane Graham. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Eddie Elbert, Forest Franklin, Asa Averil, Jasper Jessie James, Lemar Lumia, Ida Irene, Delphia Dean, Maude Myrtle and Beulah Rebecca. She was the third oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 85 in March 1974 in Eureka, Texas.1 General Notes
