Travis Blackwell Mitchell 
Travis Blackwell was born on December 16th, 1888 in Coryell, Co., Texas.1 Travis Blackwell's father was David Mitchell and his mother was Lydia Ellen Blackwell. His maternal grandparents were Joel Blackwell and Sarah Ememline Graham. He had five brothers and three sisters, named John Howard, Martin Luther, Walter Scott, William Arthur, Thomas Stuart, Laura Estelle, Ruth and Ruby Delores. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 81 on June 9th, 1970 in Floyd Co., Texas.1 General Notes
