Dora Cobble was born on June 8th, 1900 in Rusk, Cherokee Co., Texas.1 Dora Cobble's father was James Robert Keahey and her mother was Martha Melvina Grammer. Her paternal grandfather was George Jackson Keahey and her paternal grandmother is Rosia Adaline McMinn. She had a brother and eight sisters, named Robert Lee, Jimmie May, Mary Adeline, Bell Elizabeth Tennessee, Callie Arcenia, Ella, Georgia I., Elsie Maurine and Hazel Irene. She had two half-sisters named Hazel Irene and Elsie Marrine. She died at the age of 88 on July 23rd, 1988 in Corpus Christi, Nueces Co., Texas. She was buried in Restland Cemetery , Dallas Co., Texas.1 1 General Notes
