Aaron Higginbotham 
Aaron was born in 1717 in ,Amherst, Va.1 Aaron's father was John Higginbotham and his mother was Frances Riley. His paternal grandparents were Charles Higginbotham and Ann Rawlins. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Moses C, John, Benjamin, James, Joseph, Thomas Jefferson, Rachel and Ann. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 68 in November 1785 in ,Albemarle, Va. He was buried in Higginbothamcem, Albemarle, Va.1 1 General Notes
