Sally Meriman Harrington 
Sally Meriman was born in July 1801 in Chatam Co., North Carolina.1 Sally Meriman's father was Philemon Harrington and her mother was Francis Fanny Harman. Her paternal grandparents were Charles Harrington and Agnes Hill; her maternal grandparents are Zachariah Harman and Rebekah Petty. She had four brothers and four sisters, named William Harman, Drury, Demsey, Robert, Nancy, Larany Susanna, Mary Polly and Elizabeth. She was the youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 47 in August 1848 in Hickman Co., Tennessee.1 General Notes
