Charles Harrington 
Charles was born in 1721 in Surry Co., Virginia.1 Charles' father was Thomas Harrington and his mother is Mary Or Sarah Whitmel. His paternal grandparents are Thomas Harrington and Sarah Mason; his maternal grandfather was Thomas Whitmel and his maternal grandmother is Elizabeth Unknown. He was an only child. He died at the age of 50 in 1771 in Chatham Co., North Corolina.1 General Notes
