James M. Grigsby 
James M. was born on October 22nd, 1845.1 James M.'s father was Thomas Moody Grigsby and his mother was Emily Euphemia Smith. His paternal grandfather was James Butler Grigsby and his paternal grandmother is Elizabeth Ann Moody. He had ten brothers and two sisters, named Richard A., Thomas Moody,Jr., William, John, Benjamin Fitzpatrick, Samuel, Smith, Robert, Rhydon, Joseph, Rush Behathla and Griezzie E.. He was the third oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 107 on July 25th, 1953.1 General Notes
