Benjamin Fitzpatrick was born on June 12th, 1853.1 Benjamin Fitzpatrick's father was Thomas Moody Grigsby and his mother was Emily Euphemia Smith. His paternal grandfather was James Butler Grigsby and his paternal grandmother is Elizabeth Ann Moody. He had ten brothers and two sisters, named Richard A., James M., Thomas Moody,Jr., William, John, Samuel, Smith, Robert, Rhydon, Joseph, Rush Behathla and Griezzie E.. He was the seventh oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 76 on February 5th, 1930.1 General Notes
