Jessie Lee Goins 
Jessie Lee was born in 1902 in Mt. Home, Lincoln Co., Arkansas.1 Jessie Lee's father was William Alexander Goins and his mother was Martha Susannah Keahey. His paternal grandparents are Jesse Goins and UNKNOWN Unknown; his maternal grandparents were James Jackson Keahey and Permelia Theodocia Campster. He had five brothers and three sisters, named James Edward, Elmer Eldridge, Homer Travis, William Woodrow, Jay Kay, Ella Mae, Dorothy RV. and Mary Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 61 on September 17th, 1963 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He was buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Jefferson Co., Arkansas.1 1 General Notes
