Thomas Franklin Dean 
Thomas Franklin was born on March 30th, 1878.1 Thomas Franklin's father was Burwell Dean and his mother was Tilitha Jane Cotton. His paternal grandparents are Wilson Dean and Dolly Woodall; his maternal grandfather is Joseph Cotton and his maternal grandmother was Mary A. Truelove. He had a brother and a sister, named Benton and Mary Louise. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 78 on February 25th, 1957.1 General Notes
