Frankie E. was born on September 18th, 1885 in Austin Co., Texas.1 Frankie E.'s father was Ben F. Davis and her mother was Mary Eliza Allen. Her maternal grandparents were James William Allen and Penelope Johnston. She had seven sisters named Unnamed, Nellie E., Sue A., Winnie E., Marguerite E., Mamie Eyrle and Bennie Myrle. She was the third oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 90 on July 29th, 1976 in Austin Co., Texas.1 General Notes
