John Austin Crook 
John Austin was born on November 21st, 1873.1 John Austin's father was William Coke Crook and his mother was Rebecca Case Jones. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Crook and Winney Norwood. He had four brothers and four sisters, named William Homer, James William, Reuben Anson, Millard Preston, Louisa Elizabeth, Viola Alice, Mary Henderson and Jocie Ingebord. He was the third youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 74 on August 22nd, 1948.1 General Notes
