Chester Lee Roy was born on February 28th, 1940 in Milam Co., Texas.1 Chester Lee Roy's father was Chester Clinard and his mother was Velva Birdie Crow. His paternal grandparents were Owen Berthal Clinard and Mittie Mae Pratt. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named Hubert Lester, Charles Wayne, Living, Living, Living, Living, Living, Mittie Lue, Living, Living and Living.
