Stella Burney 
Stella was born in 1897.1 Stella's father was William Franklin Burney and her mother was Maggie Bell Ledford. Her maternal grandparents were James Kenneth Ledford and Darnellie Juliar Basham. She had five brothers and two sisters, named William Travis, Joseph Alton, Opal Laremore Jack, Willie Bill Conner, Ralph Woodrow Chuck, Maggie Pearl and Ruby Lee. She was the oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 60 in 1957.1 General Notes
