Robert S. Bassham 
Robert S. was born about 1810 in Lawrence Co., Tennessee.1 Robert S.'s father was Archibald Basham and his mother was Winna Jons. His paternal grandparents were James Basham and Mary Unknown. He had six brothers and a sister, named Nathaniel, James Monroe, Richard, William, Drury, Nathan and Nancy. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died after 1850.1 General Notes
