Josephine Elizabeth Basham 
Josephine Elizabeth was born on June 8th, 1874 in Kingston, Madison Co., Arkansas.1 Josephine Elizabeth's father was John Bassham and her mother was Elizabeth Roper. Her paternal grandparents were John Basham and Elizabeth Finley. She had three brothers and two sisters, named John William, Joseph E., Thomas G. W., Malissa Jane and Eliza Ellen Eveline. She was the youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 83 on July 2nd, 1957.1 General Notes
