Henry Blades Basham 
Henry Blades was born in June 1836 in Breckenridge Co., Kentucky.1 Henry Blades' father was Littleberry Basham and his mother was Mary (Polly) Basham. His paternal grandparents were Bartlett Angel, Jr. Basham and Nancy Susan Farmer; his maternal grandparents were William Basham and Sarah Sally Shrewsbury. He had four brothers and a sister, named William Harrison, Manoah Stone, Cary Jackson 'Jack', Barnett A. and Matilda. He was the youngest of the six children.
