Arizona Basham 
Arizona was born on June 23rd, 1871 in Kingston, Madison Co., Arkansas.1 Arizona's father was John Finley Bassham and her mother was Mary Taylor. Her paternal grandparents were Eli H. (Neil) Bassham and Mariah Finley. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Thomas E., Franklin, Bertha, Denver Finley, Charles Taylor, William Allen, Effie, Josephine, Grace E. and Bessie May. She was the oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 78 on December 7th, 1949 in Pryor, Mayes Co., Oklahoma.1 General Notes
