Josephine Basham 
Josephine was born on August 19th, 1876 in Kingston, Madison Co., Arkansas.1 Josephine's father was John Finley Bassham and her mother was Mary Taylor. Her paternal grandparents were Eli H. (Neil) Bassham and Mariah Finley. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Thomas E., Franklin, Bertha, Denver Finley, Charles Taylor, William Allen, Arizona, Effie, Grace E. and Bessie May. She was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. She died about July 1967.1 General Notes
