Thomas Flournoy Terrell 
Thomas Flournoy was born in 1801.1 Thomas Flournoy's father was Timothy Terrell and his mother is Mary Davis. His paternal grandparents were Simon Terrell and Sarah Thompson. He was an only child. He died at the age of 49 in 1850.1 General Notes

moved from Franklin to Cherokee Co., Ga in 1835,
Sons of Thomas al l but Thomas Jr were in the war between the states.
William lost his life in the army in VA in 1861, but all others returned
home. they all were members of Phillips Legion, Georgia Cavalry and
served under Gen. J E B Stuart in Va campaign. John was a courier in
1862 for Gen Wade Hampton. He was paroled a t Hillsborough NC 1865, and
other brothers at Greensboro, NC 4-19-1965
