James H. Roach

James H. was born about 1875 in Greene Co., Virginia.¹ James H.'s father was Valentine Roach and his mother is Polly Ann Morris. His paternal grandparents were Calus Roach and Elizabeth Shifflett. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Berryman Simeon, Valentine, John Bray, Charles Lewis, Kellssiah J., Elnore E., Melissa M. and Analiza. He is the fourth oldest of the nine children.
