Elizabeth Rabalais 
Elizabeth was born on August 26th, 1761 in Pointe Coupee, Avoyelles, Louisiana.1 Elizabeth's father was Joseph Rabalais and her mother was Anne Barbe Boftz. Her paternal grandparents were Jean Baptiste Rabalais and Marguerite Bellanger; her maternal grandparents were Daniel Boftz and Anne Marie Werich. She had two brothers and a sister, named Jean Baptiste, Joseph and Henriette. She was the second youngest of the four children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Jean Baptiste, Felicite and Adelaide. She died before March 10th, 1809.1 -
