Victoria Meadows

Victoria was born in 1854 in Giles Co., VA.¹ Victoria's father is Emanuel Meadows and her mother is Philander D. Darr. Her paternal grandparents were John Meadows and Elizabeth Wyant. She has a brother and five sisters, named John W., Elizabeth, Mary J., Martha, Sarah and Henrietta. She is the third youngest of the seven children.
