Valentine Meadows 
Valentine was born about 1836 in Mercer Co., Virginia.1 Valentine's father was Ephraim Meadows and his mother was Eleanor Dick. His paternal grandparents are Jacob Meadows and MARY ARRINGTON. He had six brothers and three sisters, named John, Isaac, Anderson, Ephraim, David, Elijah, Sarah, Martha and Mary. He was the fourth youngest of the ten children.1 -
