Martha Jane Meadows

Martha Jane was born on December 25th, 1836 in Giles Co., Virginia. Martha Jane's father was Green Washington Meadows and her mother was Emily Miranda Walker. Her paternal grandparents were Josiah Meadows and Judith Lilly; her maternal grandparents were Chrispianos H. Walker and Frances Simms Peters. She had a brother and four sisters, named William Moody, Judith F., Vashti L., Marinda Cecilia and Elizabeth A.. She was the oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 37 on March 8th, 1874 in Summers Co., West Virginia.
