Green Washington was born on October 27th, 1814 in Virginia.1 Green Washington's father was Josiah Meadows and his mother was Judith Lilly. His paternal grandfather was Josiah F. Meadows and his paternal grandmother is Lovinia. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Turner, Josiah, John, William Moody, Elizabeth, Docia, Naomi, Judith and Nancy. He was the youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 75 on February 7th, 1890 in Summers Co., West Virginia.1 -
