Hiram Frank Meadows

Hiram Frank was born on September 14th, 1849 in Page Co., Virginia.¹ Hiram Frank's father was Mitchell Meadows and his mother is Verenda A. McDaniel. His paternal grandparents were Thomas W. Meadows and Elizabeth Breeding. He had three brothers and three sisters, named James Sherman, Thomas Wesley, Zechariah Jefferson, Susan, Henrietta R. C. and Mary M. M.. He is the oldest of the seven children.
