Samuel Heard

Samuel was born on June 8th, 1847 in Mississippi.¹ Samuel's father was Hurd and his mother was Heard. His paternal grandparents were Hurd and Heard. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Stephen, Jesse Faulkner, W. J., Wyatt, Keziah, Sophia Marilla and Sarah. He was the second youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 60 on August 20th, 1907 in Yazoo Co., Mississippi.¹
