Viola Beckett

Viola was born in August 1891 in West Virginia.¹ Viola's father was James Reese Beckett and her mother was Fannie Williams. Her paternal grandparents were Lewis Charles C. Beckett and Susan Porter. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Valkie, Arnold E., Cecil, Flora E., Edith N., Beckett and Jessie. She is the oldest of the eight children.
