Harvey Bailey 
Harvey was born on July 14th, 1834 in Tazewell Co., Virginia.1 Harvey's father was Jonathan Bailey and his mother was Elizabeth Thompson. His paternal grandparents were John Payton Bailey and Nancy W. Davidson. He had four brothers and eight sisters, named John Thompson, Leland, James M., Burrell B., Julietta, Catherine P., Nancy D., Lucinda, Elizabeth, Martha, Marinda K. and Mary E.. He was the second youngest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 82 on March 15th, 1917 in Mercer Co., West Virginia.1 -
