Catherine Adkins

Catherine was born on November 11th, 1856 in Little Sany, Morgan County Kentucky.¹ Catherine's father was Elisha Adkins and her mother is Amanda Susannah Whitt. Her paternal grandfather is Straley Adkins and her paternal grandmother was Andocia Day. She has three brothers and seven sisters, named John Wesley, William R, Jason Brackstone, Annie, Eliza Jane, Louvsia, Margaret, Piety Virginia, Rose G and Mary Derinda. She is the second oldest of the eleven children.
