Peter Thaxton 
Peter was born on December 10th, 1758 in , Goochland, Virginia and his baptism took place on February 25th, 1759 in Goochland, St. James, Northam Parish, Virginia. Peter's father was James X Thaxton and his mother was Elizabeth Clarke. His paternal grandparents were Abel Thackston and Lucy Davis; his maternal grandfather is Daniel Clarke. He had four brothers and a sister, named David Franklin, James William, James, John and Margaret "Peggy". He was the second oldest of the six children. He died before November 24th, 1835 in Halifax, VA.-
