Henry Frank Randolph

Henry Frank was born on May 9th, 1844. Henry Frank's father was James Peyton Randolph and his mother was Elizabeth Winston Payne. His paternal grandparents were Jediah Fitz-Randolph and Ann Jennings; his maternal grandparents were John Winston Payne and Mary Gilliam. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John Winston, James Peyton, Joseph E., George W., Mary Bickford Payne, Julianna Susan, Elizabeth O. and Mollie Carter. He is the fourth youngest of the nine children.
