Isabella was born in 1786 in Botetourt Co.,VA. Isabella's father was John Christopher PERSINGER and her mother was Maria Barbara PENCE. Her paternal grandfather was Jacob S. Persinger and her paternal grandmother is Rebecca UNKNOWN; her maternal grandparents are Henry PENCE and Mary Margaret BLIMLEY. She had nine brothers and seven sisters, named Henry, David, Jacob, Moses, John, William, George, Adam, Allen, Jane, Harriet, Mary, Catherine, Elizabeth, Rebekah and Catherine. She died at the age of 89 in 1875 in Rich Patch,Alleghany,VA.-
