Fransina "Sina" was born on January 16th, 1831. Fransina "Sina"'s father was John OAKLEY and her mother is Sarah PHILLIPS. Her maternal grandparents were John PHILLIPS and Mary UNKNOWN. She had eight brothers and three sisters, named Thomas Burris, William, John Jr, George Allan, Samuel, James, Benjamin, Archibald, Mary (Polly), Susan and Nancy. She was the sixth youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 40 on September 6th, 1871.-
