Mary (Polly) was born on January 6th, 1821. Mary (Polly)'s father was John OAKLEY and her mother is Sarah PHILLIPS. Her maternal grandparents were John PHILLIPS and Mary UNKNOWN. She had eight brothers and three sisters, named Thomas Burris, William, John Jr, George Allan, Samuel, James, Benjamin, Archibald, Susan, Fransina "Sina" and Nancy. She is the third oldest of the twelve children.-
