James OAKLEY 
James was born in 1834. James' father was John OAKLEY and his mother is Sarah PHILLIPS. His maternal grandparents were John PHILLIPS and Mary UNKNOWN. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named Thomas Burris, William, John Jr, George Allan, Samuel, Benjamin, Archibald, Mary (Polly), Susan, Fransina "Sina" and Nancy. He was the fourth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 31 on February 6th, 1865.General Notes
