He was  first married to  Francina "Sina"OAKLEY on Oct. 31, 1850 and they had  the  following children:1. Nancy Jane MIDGETT was born in Saulsbury in1851. Shemarried Martin EVERETTS. They had one child that I know of. 2.GeorgeWilliam MIDGETT was born Nov. 25, 1852 in Saulsbury  anddied June  22, 1924 inWatertown. He married Drucilla SMART,d/o William SMART and  Dicey HARLIN, in Wilson Co. on Feb. 27,1878.  They had 7 known  children.  3. Mary Ann "Polly" MIDGETTwas born March 5, 1854 in  Saulsbury  and died Oct. 7, 1915. Shewas first married to William R.  SWAN  June 13, 1877 and afterhis death she married William H.  MAHOLLAND  on Dec. 23, 1880. Idon't have any known SWAN children  but Mary Ann did  have atleast one child by her second marriage.  4. Sarah Malinda"Linda"  MIDGETT was born May 3, 1855 in  Saulsbury and diedDec. 3, 1904 in  Saulsbury. She was first  married to John L.OAKLEY on Nov. 2, 1876 and  had no children by  him. She nextcmarried James Franklin "Squire Jim"  MARKS on Dec.  29, 1881.They had four children. (see photo of the James  Franklin MARKSfamily)  5. John Thomas MIDGETT was born dec. 1, 1858 inSaulsbury and  died Mar. 2, 1949 inGood Hope, Wilson Co.,Tennessee. He  married  Octavia Jane OAKLEY on Jan. 20, 1881.Together they had 3  children. (see photo of the John ThomasMIDGETT family)6. Samuel David  MIDGETT was born July 15, 1859in Saulsbury and  died in Watertown on  July 29, 1923. Hemarried Lucy Albert OWEN  on Dec. 27, 1882 and theyhad  10children. (see photo of the  Samuel David MIDGETT family)  7.Nathan  Wilson MIDGETT was born Mar. 23, 1861 in Saulsbury anddied May 8, 1925  in Saulsbury. He married Elizabeth Parlee"Lizzie" CARTWRIGHT on Sept.  11, 1884 and theyhad 10 children.8. James A. "Jimmy" MIDGETT was born  Feb. 14, 1863 and died inMurfreesboro on May 3, 1934. He married Mary  Elizabeth "Lizzy"RUTLEDGE before1897 and they had 3 known children. 9.  ArchHugh "Archie" MIDGETT was born March 17, 1864 in  Greenvale anddied  Feb. 11, 1928 in Lebanon. He was married toNancy EllaJENNINGS in  Lebanon on Jan. 31, 1889 and they had 3  children.(see photo of Arch  Hugh MIDGETT family)  10. Edell WilburnMIDGETT was born Dec. 3, 1866 in  Saulsbury and died Oct. 3,1938. He married Martha Leona "Mattie" ELLISon  Dec.. 28, 1891and they had 8 children.  After Sina died on Sept. 6,  1871HughMac married for a second  time to Martha Talitha BARBEE, d/oJohn BARBEE andMary  GRANDSTAFF, on Oct. 1, 1874. MarthaTalitha was  born June 14,  1847 anddied Oct. 28, 1893.Together Hugh Mac and Martha  had  the following children:1.Margaret Deluvie MIDGETT was born Nov.  16, 1877 and died inMurfreesboro on March 25, 1965. She married  Benjamin EugeneIVIE  and they had at least one daughter.  2. Jasper  Newton"Jack" MIDGETT was born June 24, 1879 and died  in Nashville onSept. 22, 1964. He married Attie Maude DAVIS in  Lebanon onJanuary 23,1901. Together they had 10 children.  3. EdgarChelso MIDGETT was born  May 12,1881 and died Oct. 1, 1960 inMadison, Davidson Co., Tennessee.  He married EraLee DOUGLAS onSept. 18, 1904 and together they had 7  children.  4. Julia MaeMIDGETT was born May 19, 1883 in Saulsbury and  died  inLavergne, Rutherford Co., Tennessee. on May 31, 1972. She wasfirst  married to James Franklin "Squire Jim" MARKS on Dec. 10,1905  and  they had 3 childr
