Henry METZGER 
Henry was born in 1778 in Of Bedford Co., Pa. Henry's father was Johann Valentin METZGER and his mother was Catherine UNKNOWN. His paternal grandparents were Johann Adam METZGER and Maria Katharina SCHERER. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Andrew, John, Christiana, Jacob, Andrew, Susanna, Christena, Mary, Catharine, Elizabeth and Catharina. He was the third youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 81 on September 11th, 1859 in Perry Twp, Mont., Oh. He was buried in Bear Creek Cem., Montg., Ohio.General Notes
