Catharina METZGER

Catharina was born about 1773 in Woodberry Twp, Bedford, Pa. Catharina's father was Johann Valentin METZGER and her mother was Catherine UNKNOWN. Her paternal grandparents were Johann Adam METZGER and Maria Katharina SCHERER. She had six brothers and five sisters, named Andrew, John, Christiana, Henry, Jacob, Andrew, Susanna, Christena, Mary, Catharine and Elizabeth. She is the fifth youngest of the twelve children.
