Isaac MCKAY 
Isaac was born in 1798 in Farr, Sutherlandshire, Scotland, (38-1834). Isaac's father was John MCKAY and his mother was Barbara MUNRO. His paternal grandparents are Isaac MCKAY and Hannah MCKAY OR MACKAY; his maternal grandfather was Donald MUNRO and his maternal grandmother is Catherine GORDON. He had five brothers and three sisters, named William, Robert, Adam, William, Donald, Elizabeth(Betty), Catherine and Barbara. He was the fourth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 36 on October 2nd, 1834 in Edinburgh, Mid-Lothian, Scotland. He was buried in Grayfriars Cem., Edinburgh, Mid-Lothianshire, Scotland.General Notes
