Donald MCKAY 
Donald was born on May 14th, 1805 in Ravigill, Farr, Sutherlandshire, Scotland. Donald's father was John MCKAY and his mother was Barbara MUNRO. His paternal grandparents are Isaac MCKAY and Hannah MCKAY OR MACKAY; his maternal grandfather was Donald MUNRO and his maternal grandmother is Catherine GORDON. He had five brothers and three sisters, named William, Isaac, Robert, Adam, William, Elizabeth(Betty), Catherine and Barbara. He was the second youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 60 on April 21st, 1866 in Canongate, Edinburgh, Mid-Lothianshire, Scotland. He was buried in Ogden, Weber, Ut.General Notes
